Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.</license-p></license></permissions><self-uri xlink:href="https://bibliotekovedenie.rsl.ru/jour/article/view/1484">https://bibliotekovedenie.rsl.ru/jour/article/view/1484</self-uri><abstract><p>Библиотечные специалисты, обладающие компетенциями в области современных информационных технологий и знаниями информационных ресурсов, умеющие анализировать и синтезировать разнородную информацию, обрабатывать данные и решать нестандартные задачи, способны развивать инновационные направления, повышать значимость и конкурентоспособность библиотек в информационном пространстве. Цель настоящего исследования — определение важнейших навыков и знаний библиотекарей для развития новых форм и направлений деятельности научных библиотек: ассистентского обслуживания ученых, работы с исследовательскими данными, создания интеллектуальных центров, центров интеллектуального досуга, организации коммуникативных площадок и др. Выделены ключевые знания, необходимые библиотекарю: знание современных и перспективных информационных технологий (социальные сети, облачные, мобильные технологии, аналитика нового поколения и др.), знание мирового рынка информационных ресурсов, а также технологий сбора и обработки информации/данных. Представлены компетенции библиотекарей по управлению исследовательскими данными, которые оказывают консультационные и ассистентские услуги ученым в процессе жизненного цикла исследования. Определено, что библиотекарь по управлению исследовательскими данными должен знать методики подготовки плана управления данными, методы управления, категории, стандарты и схемы метаданных, классификации и идентификаторы данных, требования к цитированию данных, авторское право, репозитории данных, технологии долговременного сохранения данных и др. Делается вывод о том, что владение неспециализированными надпрофессиональными («мягкими») навыками (коммуникабельность, эмоциональный интеллект, мышление «результатами» и «процессами» и др.) наряду с комплексом профессиональных знаний является залогом повышения эффективности и востребованности библиотек в условиях интенсивно развивающейся внешней среды.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Library specialists having competencies in the field of modern information technologies and knowledge of information resources, capable to analyse and synthesize heterogeneous information, process data, solve non-standard tasks, are able to develop innovative trends, increase the importance and competitiveness of libraries in the information space. The purpose of this study is to determine the most important skills and knowledge of librarians for the development of new forms and trends in the activities of research libraries: assistant services to scientists, work with research data, creation of intellectual centres, centres of intellectual leisure, organization of communication platforms, etc. The author highlights the key knowledge necessary for librarian: knowledge of modern and advanced information technologies (social networks, cloud, mobile technologies, new generation analytics, etc.), knowledge of the world market of information resources, as well as technologies of collection and processing of information/data. The article presents competences of librarians in the research data management, who provide consulting and assistant services to scientists in the life cycle of research.
