Представлен обзор изменений в Части четвертой Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, непосредственно касающихся библиотечного дела. Рассматриваются новые правовые возможности и введенные для общедоступных библиотек ограничения в обслуживании пользователей единичными, в том числе электронными копиями произведений.
The article presents an Overview of the changes, made to the Part Four of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, related directly to the Librarianship. There are considered the new legal opportunities and the new limitations, introduced in the User Service of public libraries, in rendering the Single Copy, including the Electronic Copy of Works.
