Educational and Methodical Support of Baccalaureate Management Training of Library and Information Personnel in the Context of the Professional Competencies Formation

Abstract
The competence approach to the methodological support for the administrative training of library and information personnel in the system of the sectoral bachelor’s degree is described in the paper. The baseline conditions of the profile educational literature are analyzed and the requirements for the modern course materials to the basic special academic disciplines are formed.
