UNESCO “Information for All Programme” in Russia and in the World

Abstract

Conceptual approaches, the purposes, specificity and priorities of the unique intergovernmental program directed on the formation of the information society “with a human face” — UNESCO Program “Information for all” are highlighted. Activity of the Russian committee of the Program “Information for all” which in the end of 2010 has celebrated the 10-year-old anniversary is reflected.
