“The Electronic Future – 2009!” Start of the International Festival (“IFEF — 2009!”)

Abstract

The opening of the International Festival “The Electronic Future – 2009!” took place on May, 14th, 2009 in the High School of Internet at the building of the resource center of Moscow Government. The goal of the Festival is to attract the attention of authorities, business and civil society institutions to the problems of the involvement of different citizens’ categories in the process of skills acquisition of living in the information society.
