Works Made for Hire in the Electronic Library Collections: the Objects of Storage and Use

Abstract
There are analyzed the conditions of the authorized placement of works for hire in the electronic (digital) library and maintenance of the collection databases, created in the status of works for hire. There are reflected the specific features of management of these network resources, considering the changes in the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
